Due to the handmade nature of this product, minor imperfections are sometimes unavoidable. But we will make every effort to ensure that your order is close to perfect t upon delivery. If ever We missed something, please let us know right away so we can correct it.
Prepayment/deposit is required to confirm an order. We will send you an invoice, or you can pay thru my square website. If you’re not comfortable paying for a product that you have not seen yet, we do understand and we are happy to refer you to another crafter in town that may not require payment upfront. All personalized/customized items must be paid, in full. We do not offer REFUNDS/CANCELLATIONS but if you have a problem with your order please message us so we can work on a solution.
Items shipped in letter mail are untracked, therefore it is ship at your own risk and we won’t be liable for any lost parcels. Orders that are shipped using our flat rate shipping come with insurance. Please note the estimated date is just an arrival estimate. Once we’ve physically shipped your item is no longer under our control. Handle your product with care. Following the instructions on the care card, I will not be responsible for replacing an item for mishandling.
